Hi, I am looking for additional crew for ARC Europe 2023. We plan to sail from St Maarten to Falmouth via Bermuda and the Azores leaving in early May. Unfortunately, two of the expected crew have dropped for part of the trip out due to job commitments and a poorly partner.
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain
Sailing with a Rally: ARC Europe
I'm looking for (gender): either
Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: smoking allowed
Total people on board: 5
Crew roles: I am looking for a robust sailor with ocean experience who is ideally available to join Sea Candy for the whole trip from the Caribbean to the UK. The other crew members are family and friends. It's a dry boat (until land); we operate a 3-4 hour, two-person watch system and sail in a safety conscious style. We try to eat well and share all jobs.
Money: expenses shared equally
Travel to and from boat: negotiable
