Looking for crew to help me across the Atlantic, options on joining in the BVI's , Bermuda and the Azores. I'm happy to take couples or individuals, you'll need to be confident on a boat, able to deal with rough weather (which I hope we can avoid), able to mess in with all jobs on board

Sailing with a Rally: ARC Europe

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: We will all share sailing, cooking, cleaning and anything else needed. I have a pretty relaxed style of skippering, I want a crew that enjoys the trip but are not afraid to speak up if they are uncomfortable,

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
