Crew roles: I have sailed this Rally in 2019 with this boat. All went very well and am now returning our boat to North America after two years of exploring the Med. Looking for crew with blue water experience to fill out the crew of 3 or 4. Ideally a couple would fit our cabin arrangement best as there are 3 separate cabins. Each would have their own personal space and a crew of 4 makes the watches easy on a long passage. Boat is 2019 Hallberg Rassy 44 well equipped for extended cruising. Captains pays all on boat expenses, travel to and from is crew responsibility
