We’re racing in ARC 2025, departing Las Palmas on Nov 23 and arriving in Saint Lucia after 2,700 NM of serious offshore sailing. Train with our pro crew, led by skipper Jelmer van Beek, and take part in every aspect of life onboard: helming, trimming, navigating, cooking, and more. No passengers – everyone is crew. Crew roles: As a crew member, you’ll join a tight-knit team of in total 12 sailors from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared goal: racing across the Atlantic on a high-performance VO65. This is a hands-on role – every sailor takes part in 4-hour watch rotations, including helming, trimming, sail changes, navigation, galley duty, and more. Whether you’re building miles, pushing limits, or chasing a dream, you’ll be fully immersed in the offshore racing lifestyle – supported by 4 professionals who value teamwork, safety, and adventure.
