Looking for an experienced, low maintenance crew member to assist with the Atlantic crossing

Sailing with a Rally: None

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Looking for an experienced sailor capable of maintaining a watch, trimming sails, and performing the various functions required in crossing the Atlantic. Must be a non smoker. Needs to be easy going, low maintenance, and have a good sense of humor. Skipper will listen to advice but will make the final decision and crew must be comfortable with accepting and executing on that instruction. Skipper will pay entry to the ARC and provision the voyage. Crew will need to cover all personal costs and any “extras” they may want to bring, all personal on-shore costs. Crew must provide evidence of travel/health insurance (specifically including Ocean Sailing), passports etc. Absolutely no alcohol (or other recreational drugs) while on passage. No conditions that require medication which may impair operation of heavy machinery.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
