[ Archived ] ARC 2018 – charter places – class winners 2011/12/13/14/15/16/17! Canary Islands to Saint Lucia ref 10187

Ross Applebey wants 4 crew for Scarlet Oyster, Oyster Lightwave 48, 15m.
From Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.
November 2018 to December 2018.
ARC veteran Scarlet Oyster has 6 spaces available to charter for ARC 2018. Scarlet Oyster has competed in the ARC Transatlantic Racing Division since 2011 and has gone on to win her class for 6 years in a row - she is back having had one winter off, where we sailed Scarlet Island Girl to victory overall instead! This will be Skipper Ross's 10th ARC and 19th Atlantic crossing By chartering a place on Scarlet Oyster you will not only enjoy this once in a lifetime experience, learn a huge amount about sailing and yacht racing, but also get to the finish line (and the rum punches!) quicker than most! Cost for individual place is £3,950. This includes 2 experienced processional co-skippers, food for crossing, boat entry and all crew fees, use of required safety equipment, 3 days training and familiarization in Las Palmas, and also a few days onboard in st Lucia on arrival.
