From Syracuse, Italy to , Saint Lucia.
July 2015 to December 2015.
Looks like we have one space left for the Arc this year; preferably for a Yachtmaster with some ocean experience or serious ocean miles behind the mast if no formal qualifications held. We are leaving Sicily at the end of July bound for Sardinia, Menorca, Southern Spain , Morroco ( leaving first week in October) then Canaries. Who ever joins us has to be on board by the time we leave Morocco and we would want to sail with you to see how we all get on before committing to the oceans legs in any case. We have a very comfortable Ocean going Catamaran with Spinnaker generator, water-maker etc all cabins are double en-suite. You would be the fifth member of a five man crew.We may consider another couple if you can make a convincing argument to counter the extra water fuel and food we would need to cover your partner joining us :-)
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader
Sailing with a Rally: ARC – Atlantic Rally for Cruisers
I'm looking for (gender): either
Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: non-smokers only
Total people on board: 5
Crew roles: You will be capable of standing a solo Ocean watch as well as taking your turn with cooking , cleaning and maintenance.
Money: expenses shared equally
Travel to and from boat: crew pays
