From Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain to Rodney Bay, St Lucia, Saint Lucia.

November 2015 to December 2015.

Northern Child is a very well known professionally run Swan 51. She has competed in 12 ARC's and always one of the quickest boats of her class across. In safe, experienced hands she enables people the chance to experience the thrill of crossing an Ocean under the umbrella and organisation of World Cruising.

Crew roles: We prefer crew to have experienced some offshore sailing so they know what to expect but you do not need to be an expert. That is why there are 2 professional sailors aboard enabling you to enjoy the experience confident that you are in safe hands. The First Mate will organise the food which is alway of high quality on our yachts (you can read about this in our blogs and menu plans on the website). All crew will be fully involved in sailing the yacht, helping, trimming sails and navigation. We are looking for crew who want to pay to sail across the Atlantic and understand the value of a well maintain fully prepared yacht with professional crew.
