What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Ocean Sailing Instructor

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: ARC – Atlantic Rally for Cruisers

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-hot bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: I expect my crew to help in all areas on the boat and work as a team.... Mainly a crew that are happy working together as I wants this to be a memorable adventure for all.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
