From Cherbourg, France to Lagos, Portugal.

August 2023 to June 2024.

We are looking for an APPRENTICE to join our crew on Swan 51 Eira for our Atlantic Round Trip 2023 – 2024. It concerns our trip south from Cherbourg to Las Palmas via Lisbon in summer/autumn 2023, the ARC 2023, a few trips to the Grenadines and French Caribbean Islands in beginning of 2024, Antigua Sailing Week 2024 and our trip back to Europe in spring of 2024. You need to be: - Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) - A problem solver with independent ways - Able to keep calm even when the going gets tough - Ready to do whatever jobs on the boat - At least somehow familiar with both racing and cruising The skipper will, if necessary, guide you into the fine arts of ocean sailing, round the cans racing and all aspects of running a professional boat. The job is perfect for someone looking for a way to get into the industry, dreaming of doing a long haul project with a boat of their own or just someone doing something completely different for part of the year. Crew roles: The crew will vary - the Captain is the same. Skipper has over 40 years of experience and carries all necessary tickets. Yacht is a Swan 51 kitted out for extensive cruising and racing.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
