From Jolly Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda to Norwalk, United States.

May 2024 to June 2024.

We are currently three experienced sailors (2 men and 1 woman) on board and we are looking for a fourth at short notice because we had a friend dropout due to illness. We want someone who can share watches with us so that the voyage is easy and not tiring. This will be a fast but relaxed passage. Definitely not full on pedal to the metal. Our fourth team member will have their own cabin . Uhuru is luxurious and fast . We are equipped to the highest standard with safety gear and take blue water passages seriously. We finished 4th out of 156 boats in the ARC, won Grenada Sailing Week and Round Antigua Race in our class , but this is going to be a very relaxed run to Bermuda, reefing at night and hopefully doing some fishing along the way. We want someone capable of taking a watch. Skipper is always available if any issue crops up on watch. We are looking for a friendly personality and happy to pitch in with chores and keeping the boat shipshape. There are two legs. Antigua - Bermuda. Bermuda-Long Island Sound. You are welcome for either the first leg or both

Crew roles: See above. Competent of doing a watch with skipper on standby . Friendly personality and good team player It is considered good form to chip in and share for food but owner pays all the running expenses.
