This will be my 3rd Caribbean 1500 Rally. I am looking for an experienced person who could act as captain, possibly with compensation if appropriate based on skills, experience, and interest. The second crew member I am looking for does not need extensive experience but should have a desire to learn and participate in all ocean-crossing activities. We are a fast boat and finished first across the finish-line in 2016, averaging 8.3 knots.

Sailing with a Rally: Caribbean 1500

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: I am the boat mechanic, but any mechanical/electrical skills are certainly encouraged. Camaraderie and enthusiasm are key as is the ability to handle watches and navigate at night.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
