Having completed the 2016 Caribbean 1500 with competent crew, from whom I learned a lot, I am looking for two Chesapeake Bay or East Coast crew members to join me - though not an absolute requirement. I pay entry fees, boat expenses, fuel, slip fees, etc. Crew members are responsible for their transportation, offshore PFD with spray hood and harness, and contribute some to provisioning. Figure on about a two week time commitment . I'm looking for like minded, easy going, low maintenance, patient, and somewhat experienced crew. No Type A personalities, please. This trip will run the gamut from exhilarating to boring and tame to terrifying at some point along the way - be ready for it all.

Crew roles: I do most of my own maintenance, but any help with clean up / decluttering underway would be appreciated. I like to cook, but will share the galley with willing participants. On the return trip, via Bermuda, I actually had a crew member bring a carry-on bag full of packaged foods. He was a great addition! We will work out a watch schedule together.

Money: expenses shared equally
