We are reposting this opportunity 6 weeks prior to the really. We are looking for a 2nd crew member to join us on the Caribbean 1500. Crew must have sailing experience, be willing to work as a cohesive unit, learn all necessary boat systems, and participate equally in all watch rotations. Crew MUST understand that there is only 1 Captain and respect the Captain's requests. The Captain understands that there may be multiple "styles, techniques, and experiences" among crew members and will welcome communication from crew. Although not required, we would like to meet crew prior to rally and do some day/over night sailing to ensure that we "mesh". Frank and Suzanne are generally easy going by nature. We hope to find similar crew members to join us.

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: Crew will stand watch, including scheduled engine and boat checks. Crew will be expected to be generally helpful to all needs on board when not on watch, if not sleeping in their bunk. Crew will provide their portion of the crew entry fee (payable to the Captain), their own PFD with harness, crotch strap and facial hood, all personal gear (eg. gloves, hats, toiletries, etc.). Meals, on board, will be provided by owners upon departure until completion of Caribbean 1500. Any additional personal expenses before or after are the responsibility of the crew member. We require that all crew carry their own medical insurance (including international travel) and recommend additional travel insurance.
