[ Cancelled ] 2-month Pacific Ocean Adventure! Ecuador to French Polynesia ref 14000

Tamira Snell wants 4 crew for Joanna, Lagoon 450S, m.

From Galápagos Islands, Ecuador to Tahiti, French Polynesia.

April 2023 to June 2023.

This will be our biggest bluewater adventure yet and the most attractive crew opportunity we can offer! You will join us in the Galápagos Islands on 23 April from where we will set off on a 2800 nm passage across the great Pacific Ocean heading for the eastern part of French Polynesia —The Marquesas Islands. During this expected 3-4 week passage, we expect to encounter marine life such as dolphins, whales and lots of great fishing. Having recently crossed the Atlantic Ocean, we have developed a very good routine onboard for watch-keeping, sails management, cooking and pure ocean living, which we look very much forward to experience again across the Pacific. As we arrive in the Marquesas Islands, we will explore the islands — the local cultures, towns and people as well enjoy unlimited amounts of some of the most attractive snorkelling in some of the most exciting and beautiful marine life in the World. Moving on from the Marquesas, we plan our onwards journey according to wind and weather but expect to pass along and visit unique atolls and reefs such as Fakarava, towards Papeete and Tahiti where our passage will conclude. If you dream about sailing the great pacific, please send us a message with information about yourself, sailing experience and expectations for the passage. We will then schedule video calls to get discuss further. As a guest and crew onboard Joanna, you will join our small sailing community as we share great experiences on land and at sea. Costs are $1000 per week preferably in shared double cabins and covers all expenses while sailing (food and provisions, fuel, boat fees and maintenance, formalities and official expenses, port fees etc.)
