Peter Bamford wants 1 crew for Pat Bon, CNB Bordeaux 60, m.

From Richards Bay or Cape Town, South Africa to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

January 2026 to April 2026.

My wife and I are sailing the World ARC in our well equipped and comfortable CNB Bordeaux 60. We have had a successful voyage so far and are now looking for an additional crew member to join us (total crew is 4 including us) from South Africa to the Carribean from January 2026 through to April 2026. The route is from Cape Town to St Lucia via Namibia, St Helena, Brazil, and Grenada. We are happy to consider crew who may be able to do some of these legs if not all.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: World ARC

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: We are looking for an experienced watch leader who has preferably completed previous ocean passages. We are looking for a person who is easy going, with a positive problem solving approach and a good sense of humour. We operate a rota system which means that all crew are involved in all tasks - sailing, cooking, cleaning etc. The financial arrangement is that crew pay their own travel costs and pay a share of all on costs food, drink, fuel etc.

Money: expenses shared equally
