The stages with over 250nm per week are a bit demanding and there are also nights. There will always be a thorough safety briefing before the trips, but you should still have some sailing experience so as not to be overwhelmed. There will also be opportunities for shore excursions and swimming stops. We sail the stages with a maximum of 6 people including skipper in 4 double cabins.
