Specifications: Fountaine Pajot Bahia 46 catamaran designed and built in France.Previously opperated as a crewed and catered luxury charter yacht in Carribean and the Meditteranean she has undergone an extensive refit in 2012/13 and further work in 2014 She is British flagged and eqipped to MCA cat II coding standards. White GRP hull and top sides Black rubbing strake and lettering. Hull and topsides complete refurbishment in 2012 and 2014 including hull respray 2013. Hull treated with 2 season International antifoul in 2014. Sails: battened Main 2013 , North sails Furling Genoa 2013 and toggled Hyde storm Gib 2011 unused, with Spectra stay and bridle deck fitting. New lazy bag and sacrificial strip to Genoa 2013. Standing rigging; New mast boom and stays and mast winches in 2012 New Roller mechanism 2013. Canvas dacron Bimini lazy bag and strips Sumbrella light gold. Running rigging: replaced last in 2012. These engines being Yanmar can be reconditioned four times and the engine hours clock reset to 0000 in their lifetime and have not yet had their first rebuild. Air conditioned through out with a 12kw/h generator to provide 220 volts to all cabins and communal areas. She has a water maker providing 70 -100 litres per hour if necessary. This Bahia 46 catamaran provides fast and powerful sailing and yet she has great balance and stability under sail with her easy to handle roller reefed head sail. The Bahia 46 catamaran provides an impressive amount of space both on the deck and inside. The large catamaran features a stylishly designed steering station in her vast yet well protected cockpit. Full electronic instrumentation including wide-screen colour chart plotter with Navtex weather station, Radar and AIS anti collision The clean deck plan allows for easy movement around the boat and the vast trampoline between the two hulls forward provides enough sun bathing space for all the guests.
