Crew for 2028/2029 ARC world rally.

I am exploring the possibility of doing the 2028/2029 ARC WORLD RALLY. Searching for boats in the 60-70 foot range now. Would like to have 6+ crew including myself, in 3 watch teams, doing 4on/8off watches. I will pay all expenses except for food contribution, crew travel, and crew safetly equipment. (Harness, personal epirb, etc.) A bit about myself: I hold a 100 ton Masters with sailing, towing, and STCW endorsements. I have completed 1 trans-atlantic and 2 Caribbean 1500's, as well as living on a boat in the West Indies for 3 years. Incidentally, I have also had 2 failed expiditions, due to equipment and structural failures. So I have a good idea of what can break offshore! Among other experiences, I was caught offshore in Hurricane Mitch in November, 1998: This lead to breakage and limping into Bermuda for extensive repairs. I was professional captain of a 65' schooner for 5 years, and crewed on a new 70' schooner. If at all possible I would like to meet crew who are seriously interested. I am based on the US east coast.
