Description

Boat and equipment: My yacht dimension are : 16.5M LOA, 4.79M beam, draft 2.1M . Designed and built in 2022 by Amel in La Rochelle. The model is a A50. It’s a cutter rigged Bermuda Masthead sloop. GRP construction. It has been fitted out with Blue Water cruising in mind. Extra equipment has been added. Safety equipment for crew : 6 person Life raft. Life jackets, 1 per person, three with AIS, grab bag, an offshore flare pack, a hand held waterproof VHF radio. 1 DSC, VHF fixed Radio. SSB Long range radio. A Furuno Radar, AIS Transponder, EPRIB. Other Equipment: Maritime Starlink antenna. 240 volts 8kW inverter, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, bilge level alarm, all 6 berths have lee cloths or boards, Highfields 9\' RIB with 20hp Honda and 2hp E-propulsion outboard, solar panels for battery charging, 800Ah Lithium House battery bank, folding propeller, 2 anchors and 100 meters of chain, rope rode for secondary anchor. Mainsail is mast furled, Genoa furling, furling self tacking stay sail all electrically furled. Genoa and mainsheet winches are electric. We carry a Code 0 and Gennaker for light air sailing. 600 liters water tank, plus bottles of water. 650 liters diesel fuel tank and 100L in cans a 110hp Volvo Penta inboard engine. 3 bilge pumps and soft wooden bungs. A 3 burner induction stove plus oven. A large two drawer fridge and separate large freezer. 100 litres/h water maker, stand-up showers, washing machine, microwave and small dishwasher. A well appointed spacious interior. We also have a Bauer Junior dive compressor and tanks. I am PADI certified. Check out the boat at Amel 50 on the web.
