Fulfilling a retirement dream, bought used in Florida USA. Refitted and cruised north to Canada and back. Then to and down the Caribbean Sea to Colombia. West to Panama and through the canal, across the Pacific via the Galapagos Islands, Tahiti and other islands to Australia. Some sailing single-handed, most two-handed, and some with up to four crew.
Yacht ownership and use always a compromise, as wife not a sailor. Consequently, and because we live two hours from the sea, yacht was sold following arrival in Australia.
Returned to racing dinghies locally and crewing on others' yachts internationally.
