DescriptionHummingbird is a new Seawind catamaran currently under construction in Vietnam. I will be taking delivery in Pattaya, Thailand @July, 2019 (after launch in Vietnam and sea trials to Thailand. She will have a full suite of electronics as well as windvane, water maker, Iridium GO/PredictWind, etc. Seawinds are capable blue water cruisers with a solid track record. I will be sailing west about via southern Indian Ocean route to Caribbean/US East Coast. Upon arrival I will consider the possibility/option of transiting Panama and “going around” (circumnavigating). I am looking for crew not in a hurry, aware by experience of what is involved in blue water cruising, adventuresome. This is not a delivery, it will be cruising with a plan and destination in mind. I am looking for NONSMOKING NONDRINKING crew willing to invest the cost of their food/living travel expense in this adventure. I will cover my own expense and provide this great cruising platform. I would consider crew for defined legs/segments of the overall plan. |
