Description

Hermes is a Pogo 12.50, a racing-cruiser that is modeled after the open 60 ocean racers and shares the same hull as her sister Class 40 race boat. Built in 2012 by Pogo Structures in France, this boat is a performance vessel with a cruising interior, fit for circumnavigation. The yacht is capable of 20+ knots and her wide beam makes planing and sailing a breeze. The Pogo 12.50 was awarded “European Yacht of the Year 2012” in the category of “Performance Cruisers.”

Our version of the Pogo 12.50 has 3 full cabins, port galley and one head. She can sleep 9 with a single saloon berth plus a pull-out double berth in the saloon. Hermes has a "crew cabin," which is accessible through the head. The crew cabin will be used by our skippers, who then have direct access to all our systems such as the water maker, engine and tanks. This cruising version has custom-made doors for privacy as well as a diesel heater for cold nights/climates in port. One of the coolest features of the Pogo 12.50 is its lifting keel, which allows its draft to be reduced to just over a meter to reach shallow anchorages!
