Description
Evangeline is a Moody 46 built in 1999: a cutter rigged, centre cockpit, sloop with a Volvo Penta TMD22.
The majority of Evangeline\\\'s important gear is less than two years old:
- standing and running rigging
- steering cables
- sails (except spinnaker which is probably original)
- communications, AIS, radar
- nav gear, instrumentation, and autopilot
- liferaft, lifejackets (with MOB1 AIS devices), jackstays, fire extinguishers
Other significant equipment:
- generator (240v), solar panels (700w), wind generator (350w)
- Hydrovane (wind vane steering)
- satellite communication system (phone and internet) - via Inmarsat
- watermaker (50 ltrs/hr)
