Description

Cirrus Lee is the boat I am purchasing this month if all goes as planned. She is a beautiful and well maintained, updated Motor Sailor. She has 3 staterooms and 2 full heads with separate showers. Full galley with all amenities. She has two 16000 btu hvac units reverse cycle and a watermaker. She is Ketch Rigged, with a full sail inventory in good condition and powered by twin Yanmar 85 hp each, as well an 8kw genset. She has a hard top center cockpit with fiberglass arch and full bimini enclosure and dodger. This creates a pilot house with the dodger, though the eisenglass and Sunbrella can be zipped out for fresh air, or be left in for ac/heat during foul weather. She has a double windlass with chain gear and capstan, dual anchors, a Danforth, Plow and Mantis rigged on huge bowsprit with double anchor roller and plenty of chain rode for deep water. She is a raised cabin center cockpit with Owner cabin at aft. She has an EPIRB, Sat TV, Sat phone (I am bringing)and I am adding offshore wifi and cell extender when I pick her up. Likewise I will be purchasing a new dinghy and outboard at that time. She is already equipped with a SS radar Arch and SS dinghy davits. I plan to equip her with a full glass helm from B&G, however, for the trip back she has a full suite of fairly current Furuno electronics including SSB, VHF, chartplotter and radar with collision avoidance. She is also equipped with self tailing winches, as far as I know both electric and manual. Her cockpit and interior alike are full teak, and she has teak and holly sole. She also the "hot tub" secondary cockpit at aft that has a transom door leading to the teak dive platform.
