We are very thankful that we have the opportunity to be on the World ARC and am pleased to announce that Amara is fully crewed for the entire journey to Australia. Thank you for your interest!

Amara is a center cockpit Hylas. Her cutter rig is equipped with a boom furling main sail, a cutter headstay and 110% Dynema Genoa. We have just added a CODE "0", that is fully furling and constructed from CZ60 fabirc, a down wind beast for sure! Amara also has 450 gallons of diesel fuel when full, a huge 760 watt solar aray and a R/O water maker that makes 36 gallons an hour. She is a Greman Frers design, so she is light on the helm and loves to go fast.
