Hi I am Max, 31 years old and very interested in all aspects of sailing. I found my way into sailing at my university sports center and instantly found my passion in the sport. My friends tell me that I am a respectful, cheerful person and I like to accept people the way they are. Direct communication, good food and enjoying life are important to me. I work as a medical doctor in anaesthesiology, intensive care and emergency medicine. My training has taught me resilience and a good positive attitude. I have always been a quick learner and I am fascinated about all sides of life on board, always interested in extending my repair and maintenance skills. In 2022, I took part in the ARC and completed the famous transatlantic passage, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am now looking for more adventures, hoping to complete a circumnavigation in the end.
