My wife and I are live-aboards since June 2024. This year we have cruised along the US East Coast between Florida and Massachusetts for a total of around 5,500 NM. We are a fun couple but very serious about safety when on passage. Our Elba 45 catamaran is in great shape with a lot of additional equipment, being fairly new (2020) and maintained to the highest standard. Our plans for 2025 are to spend the winter in the Bahamas and sail across the Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea. I am a business owner, still working part-time from the boat. My wife is a CPA who has been working as a management consultant to CEO's and companies, optimizing performance. I have an ICC (International Certificate of Competency) issued by US Sailing and have completed all courses required for an endorsement of "Cruising Catamaran". | |
