I am very serious to spend my retirement years sailing. I take sailing very serious and always looking to improve my skills. I retired early at 62 in good physical condition,. Now 66 5'-11,166 pounds .I just realized how much I miss being on the water. My ultimate goal is to sail around the world for 3-5 years. I am divorced 19 years, with 4 children 6 grandchildren. My career has been mostly in management, project manager, estimator, marketing rep, and business owner. I am currently getting organized for a sailing trip around the world in 2024. I do not drink, do drugs or smoke. I have no criminal background. I am interested in all blue water and coastal sailing opportunities. I have aprx 1400NM ocean and aprx 500 NM coastal. I have been sailing since I was a teenager. Racing Blue jays and Lightnings in the Long Island Sound for 5 years. Family sailed 35 foot boats to Marthas Vineyard, Block Island and Nantucket multiple times. In 2016 I took the US Sailing Bareboat Cruising, Basic Keelboat, and Basic Cruising courses after sailing the Salty Dawg Caribbean Rally from Hampton VA to BVI. I intend on crewing this year's Salty Dawg Carribean Rally in November 2023 and possibly continuing onward.
