| Ahoy I have spent the majority of my working life in the Royal Navy. I served on submarines and ships. I’m easy going and used to living in confined spaces. During that time I was given the opportunity to learn to sail and obtained my RYA qualifications. After leaving the navy I immigrated to Australia and I continued to sail and purchased a share in Jeanneau 39i. The boat was sold and in 2019 I flew to Athens to purchase Clio, my own boat, a 2006 Bavaria 47 cruiser with the goal of sailing her to Australia. Our journey started in May 2019, with a long time sailing and naval friend we sailed through the Mediterranean and crossed the Atlantic arriving in Grenada early December.
