I am a semi-retired college English professor, writer, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys sailing, diving, skiing, and hiking. My wife and I sailed our Catalina 42 from Connecticut to the Exumas and back in 2017-2019. We're currently "between boats" and looking for opportunities to crew, separately and together. We have crewed on others' boats from St Thomas to Grenada and in the Pacific Northwest. I have also crewed on a 45-meter former Navy tug on a passage from Costa Rica to Columbia (on the Pacific side). In addition to sailing experience, as a ski patroller, I am a certified Outdoor Emergency Care technician.
