| Hello there! I am Florian, 40y old from Germany. I work in Switzerland as a doctor for paediatric intensive care medicine and have a passion for sailing since I started it 20 years ago in the Whitsunday Islands, Australia. So far I gained about 8000nm of sailing experience and I did the Atlantic Crossing from East to West in 2021. To make things more serious, I bought a sailboat in the Caribbean and now want to cross the Atlantic Ocean with her. My plan is to start in Martinique in May 2024 and sail to the Azores, Portugal and further on to Italy. So far, a friend of mine (also passionate sailor) is joining me and we are looking for some more to join us. My Boat is an Ovni43, well maintained and ready for worldwide cruising. She has already been tested in the Caribbean and is "family-approved" ;-) She has a 3 cabin layout so we were thinking, that a crew of 4 (max. 5) persons would be ideal for the journey.
