| I retired from a career which allowed me to work in many countries around the world, still have not seen it all. Upon retiring I Turkey bought a C&C61 racing legend called Sorcery from a good friend and avid sailor. After she was launched in 1970 she won many races, the more mature :-) sailing interested persons amongst you will have heard from her. The general idea is that I will be sailing Sorcery with one of my sons for a good number of years to come. Firstly in January 2022 cross the Atlantic from Las Palmas via Cape Verde to Antigua. Spend 2 years or so exploring the Caribbean and then sail the Pacific. Ultimately we will have circumnavigated the world in the year ........ Our Sorcery is very sturdy (the crew breaks before she does) and perfectly capable to cross oceans and deal with challenging weather. | |
