Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 6

Crew roles: first mate position. Includes boat preparation and some simple maintenance's help in Iceland. technical skills (not formal) and adaptability to unusual conditions are welcome. Capacity of managing a small team and supervise life aboard. Open minded. Cooking and cleaning, provisioning, during the trips. First mate might be able to take over if skipper (me) has a problem. Experience, skills and maturity of the first mate must be in regard (can be either captain and watch leader abilities) Can be a paid position depending on qualifications.

Money: captain pays all expenses
