From Colon, Panama to Whangarei, New Zealand.

February 2019 to November 2019.

Basically leaving Panama (Caribbean side) in February 2019 and arriving in New Zealand around November 2019. Then on the move again in May 2020 to Thailand via Fiji, Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia. The whole trip will be over the next 2-3 years. Looking for crew for the first leg from Panama to New Zealand, or only parts of it (or the whole thing)

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: I’m looking for 2 new crew members. Preferably between 30 and 55 years old (male or female). Fit and non smokers. I think 3 people on board is perfect as it is more difficult to cook for 4 in a small galley, but just about right for 3. Also, I prefer 6 hour shifts with a natural rotation than 4 hours watches. (This is however flexible). Alcohol consumption shall be kept to a minimum while at sea and no more than a beer or glass of wine. Once at anchor or secure at the dock we might have a little party. No drugs of any kind please ! I am not captain “Bligh”, but I do demand cleanliness, both in your cabin and bathroom, as well as personal hygiene. I should also mention, that there will be times, when I will have friends or family members visiting and sailing along for short stretches.

Money: captain pays all expenses
