One crew member (male or female, own bunk shared cabin) or a couple (shared bunk own cabin) taking part to night watch system. Some long distance experience required, at least some overnight sailing. Well motivated crew member(s) to sail with a Finnish family of two boys 9 and 11 years. The family has a long sailing history, both adults have long distance experience, the husband has sailed round the world. The boat is a Finnish made Colin Archer 40 type year 2001, well prepared for ocean crossing. Satellite mail (low speed) available for crew members. Expenses on boat: captain pays all, also ARC+ crew fee. Travelling expenses to and from boat: crew member pays.
