[ Archived ] La Paz Mexico to San Diego Mexico to United States ref 9573

Michael Carran wants 2 crew for True Love, 2006 Hunter 38, 12m.

From La Paz, Mexico to San Diego, United States.

June 2018 to July 2018.

The boat is currently in La Paz and we will take out time sailing to Cabo San Lucas visiting several nice anchorages and Islands. (5-7 days) Once we reach Cabo San Lucas we will wait for a window to begin the trek up the coast. We will take our time and stop to anchor where we can to avoid as much headwind as possible. They call this the BAJA Bash because it is generally into the wind and current. This will be a good experience for people looking to gain heavy weather. There are some great anchorages along the coast and on some islands where we will enjoy some R&R. I expect the trip from Cabo to SD to take roughly 2 weeks. If we are lucky with weather we will do it in less time.

Michael is currently based in San Clemente, United States
