From Sand Point, United States to Kushiro, Japan.
April 2018 to July 2018.
Active sailing is May thru to end July, preparing boat during April in Sand Point, then sailing to The Island of Four Mountains west of Dutch Harbor to climb and ski volcanoes there. Crew can be picked up at Dutch Harbor if necessary. Then return to Dutch to clear out of USA no later than 6June, and head westward along Aleutians , across Bering Strait to Kamchatka (port of Petropavlovsk- Kamchatsksy) for one month of hiking and climbing volcanoes there (guiding company Volcanoes.Com) Mid July depart PK and make our way along the Kurals Island chain south to Hokkaido, clearing into Japan at port of Kushiro If Crew and working well together , and time available, then Crew may be asked to stay on to Okinawa, Guam.... Latest Update 30 March : I have space left for one more person during May, Sand Point to Dutch Harbor, four weeks exploring the Aleutians, prefer an experience climber/skier/adventurer to accompany me on shore excursions and volcano ascents

Crew roles: Apply for and pay for own Russian visa ( Captain will provide assistance with sponsoring organization etc), arrange and pay for own travel to Sand Point or Dutch Harbor via Anchorage, and return from Pk, Kamchatka or Sapporo, Hokkaido. As Crew share in watches, food prep, and boat maintenance As watch Captain while 2 of 4 Crew ashore adventuring, to handle all boat matters including anchoring and moving to new sheltered mooring as weather dictates As shore Crew to enjoy the adventure, hiking, skinning, climbing and skiing safe routes for the objectives chosen.
