From Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

November 2017 to December 2017.

Looking for one person as 1st mate with the experience of offshore sailing and the passion for learning and teaching. Ability to become part of a group is very important. As the owner/captain, I would want to have this person as a sailing skills coach, watch leader, and just as importantly an easy person to get along with for all. This person could bring a significant other at their own expense that is capable of standing watch and doing chores, as the cabin has a double bed.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

Sailing with a Rally: ARC – Atlantic Rally for Cruisers

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: All crew will share in cleaning chores equally. This should be a sharing and teaching opportunity.

Money: paid position

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
