From Key West, Florida, United States to Cartagena, Colombia.

December 2017 to May 2018.

I want experienced offshore sailors who can stand a 3-4 hour watch alone, offshore at night, in the day, in the rain or whatever comes our way. (Who can cook; maybe not gourmet, but chili, burgers, eggs, soup, spaghetti; whatever can keep a crew fed and happy!)

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Boat maintenance, cleaning, fishing, food provisioning and preparation;(shared), navigation, watchkeeping, lookout, helming;(although we use the autopilot often.... sometimes it breaks!!!!)

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
