From Gran Canaria, Spain to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

November 2017 to December 2017.

We are looking for an extra crew memeber to join our team. Preferably someone aged mid 20s-mid 30s, either male or female (although it must be someone who can take orders from a female skipper and first mate). They must have sailing experience and will ideally be available for a trial sail. The start location and end location can be flexible as we are sailing the boat up to Gran Can from the U.K. And will be sailing round the carribean for a few months after finishing the ARC.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: ARC – Atlantic Rally for Cruisers

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: Crew will have to do the fair share of cleaning, shopping, cooking, watches etc. Crew will also be expected to pay their share of food, water, mooring fees etc.Anyone with specialized experience (e.g. Engineering, nursing etc) would be beneficial but not essential.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
