I need crew for my round-the-world sail 2017 - 2020. Shared expenses: food, harbor fees. Included expenses: accommodation aboard, safety equipment and running costs. Our S&S SWAN 48 (1973) is a classic cutter-rigged sloop, very well equipped and maintained. This vessel is one of the strongest and safest yachts to sail. Eight berths, including six good sailbeds. Plenty of stowing room, safety equipment, communication and navigational systems, etc. I am a recently retired Norwegian, 62 years old and in good health. I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: Important to take initiative, be able to cook, respect ship's rules, and contribute to a positive environment on board. Crew should be able to stand watch/steer by night.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
