Crew roles: Crew will be expected to stand equal watches, which are currently planned on 4hr interval rotations. All persons on board will be responsible for a portion of the cooking and cleaning, as well as insuring the boat is ship shape. I'm a very laid back person who likes to listen to Margaritaville and enjoy an ice cold beer after a successfully completed passage. Most important qualification of crew if that they remain alert and vigilant during their watch and won't be hesitant to awaken me if anything seems amiss.

Money: expenses shared equally
