I am want to have an all female crew. I will need one person who had experience with diesel engines and one person who has made a transatlantic crossing before. Naturally, it could be the same person.

I'm looking for (gender): Female

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: Everyone will take turns being on watch, cooking, maintaining the boat, docking and anchoring.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
