Travel Pan: Today: 11/01/16. Leaving the Chesapeake Bay USA for the British Virgin Islands. Route will be based on weather and crew...direct or coastal. Lengths of time away from the ISA is indefinite. By the first of 2017, plans will be made to sail north and east to the Mediterranean or through the Panama Canal and go west...the west plan will be laid out with crew and weather services.

Crew roles: I am searching for for a well balanced crew for long passage and coastal sailing. Preferences are multi-talented crew members with a primary specialty in one of these areas: 1) engine, 2) sail trim, 3) navigation, 4) scuba. Boat Cleaning and daily care to be performed by the team.

Money: daily contribution from crew $20
