Peter Bamford wants 1 crew for Xplorer of Hamble , XC45, 14m.

From Palma, Spain to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

October 2016 to December 2016.

The opportunity is to sail on a very fully equipped 2016 XC45 to Las Palmas and then onwards for ARC 2016. this will involve 1-2 weeks sailing in October and then from November 13th in Las Palmas for the ARC. Current team includes YM Instructor, YM Offshore and two people who have previously sailed the Atlantic. We are looking for a fit, agile crew member with plenty of experience handling downwind sails and rig. Must have enthusiasm, sense of humour, and be personally well organised. Previous ocean sailing, racing experience in any sailing boat, and engineering skills an advantage.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: ARC – Atlantic Rally for Cruisers

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: We will have 4 people on board in total and each person will have to be a watch leader and we will rotate all domestic duties.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
