I am looking for crew to help with sailing from UK to New Zealand in 2017/8 For convinience I am breaking trip into likely parts ; but if there is a single person who is interested in whole trip plans can change. First part of trip UK to Caribbean will be retracing route that I have sailed twice before. This is first leg moving from UK to southern europe, a leisurely sail taking in some of the Atlantic coast of Portugal

Crew roles: Crew , I am not the Dictator style of Skipper giving precise times and orders with de-briefings. My style is we have a comen goal and will share all tasks equally, inevitably as I know the boat I get to repair broken bits, and crew have to put in a bit extra where they can. The opportunity to sail in UK before the event and see how we work together could be good; but not a deal breaker. Total crew will be me and up to 3 others from friends, family and the internet.
