Depart ~ 17 Sept 2016, this passage is the first leg of a relaxed cruise to the Caribbean and back in a well maintained boat belonging to the Fleet Cruising Club of Plymouth. Safety and learning are key. Fleet II is on 'charter' from the club and crew are asked to contribute to the modest charter costs. As a club boat there are opportunities to skipper (as a member of the club), as well as to join other skippers en-route for various passages. Please also see the club (boat) website.

Crew roles: Share all activities on equal workload basis. For this passage, cruising style not yet decided - could be coastal hopping or mile building single hop, depending on crew wishes and weather. Skipper (Peter) is not wanting to take much more than two weeks unless weather dictates. This is a club boat and another club member is taking her from Lagos to the Canaries.
