Ratan has already sailed the Atlantic three times. I often sail singlehanded but prefer company. Desirable attributes would include, cheerfulness, persistence, enthusiasm. You need to have done enough sailing to understand what it is like in a small boat in rough weather but don't necessarily need highly honed skills though these would be valued too.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 2

Crew roles: There aren't any passengers on a small boat! Sensible sharing of duties expected but I have the necessary technical skills for most things complicated.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
