Description

Freed Spirit is a 2002 Caliber 40 LRC. The boat is cutter rigged sloop and I have a storm trisail for the inner forestay. It has 2 cabins, the aft is a quarterberth. There are 2 heads. I have installed all new electronics on the boat with lots of other new equipment. There's also a 6 person liferaft, just recertified, EPIRB, PLB's, VHF & SSB, etc.

Additional details

I purchased her in December, 2014 and spent from January through May having her refurbished. I worked with the former builder of Caliber yachts and he recommended the contractors I used to do the work. I assisted in much of the repair work and learned the boat in the process. This is a comfortable, solid, blue water boat that's fun to sail.
